Capitol, Program at school, Breakfast on the Farm, Zoo and More!!

We have had a busy couple of weekends. Two weekends ago we went to the Madison Farmers Market with Uncle Jay and Aunt Amanda. We had to go in the Capitol because we LOVE going in there. Can you see Uncle Jay waving way down below us?

I had a music program at school last Friday. Since I'm one of the taller kids, I got to lead my class in. There were a lot of people there (it was all the Kindergarten classes singing) so I was a little nervous until I spotted Mom, Dad and Sam in the audience!

Sam did a good job listening to the program. After it was over, he was ready to be silly though!

We went to the Green County Dairy Breakfast on Saturday with G&G Hyland. It was VERY busy and there was threat of rain all morning, but we had a great time. Hopefully we can go again next year and spend more time there. They ran out of ice cream this year and had to get more (which we missed since we had to get back so we didn't get too wet).

Sam and I got to get out of line while waiting for breakfast to go check on the cows.

We went to go see Great Grandma and Great Aunt Mary after the breakfast. We were so happy they are back from Texas! Mommy said we needed to get some energy out so we went to Krape Park. It wasn't raining, but it was very wet.

The carousel was still open when we got there (it closed 10 minutes after we got there) so we went on 2 rides.

Doing a couple non-wet things!

Being silly...

Sunday we went to the zoo to check out the new Arctic passage. We had to get our hair styled before we left!

One of the new bear exhibits!

They have a new bear trap for us too!

We got to drive a tundra vehicle. Sam really liked this part!

The otter swam in front of us a couple times this trip.

School is winding down and we only have a week and a half left! I still have a Field Day that Daddy is going to help with, and I get to go bowling and have a last day of school picnic. Lots of fun still left!!
