Spring Time??

Well, Spring came and then it left for awhile. Here are some pictures of the last couple of months.

Sam decked out for St. Patrick's Day. G&G had a hat with little four leaf clovers on it.

We saw something funny when we went to the St Patrick's Day parade. :)

It was even nice enough to go to the park!

Trying out the rocket Joey got for his birthday. It was fun to see it lit up while it was getting dark outside.

Over Spring Break, we tried roller skating for the first time as a family. We had a blast!

Sam was not interested in going on the skating floor, but had a great time on the carpet with his little skate assist apparatus.

Easter Egg Hunt at Pick N Save!

Coloring Easter eggs. Usually this is a 5 minute process. This year the boys took a little longer to do multiple colors, stickers, etc.

Out attempt at a dressed up picture!

Easter dinner table...

Hunting for Easter baskets. Good thing G&G write down where they hide them. Some were a little tough to find.

Uncle Jay had to help get this one down...

Fairy princess, Miss Maebel...

Sam got to help make some of the things...

Sam was not into the grandkid picture again this year.

He did move a little closer as we progressed...

Spending an afternoon at Rockin' Jump!

We went to a big inflatable event. The little boy on the left couldn't climb up the steps so Joey took his hand and helped him.

Joey got a math wizard award at school...

We got 7 inches of snow in April! It ended up happening starting in an afternoon till late overnight so the boys didn't even get a snow day!

We went to Healthy Kids Day in Monroe, and Maebel and Linus came too. The boys loved taking Maebel on the inflatables and trampoline. She seemed to really like it too!

Joey won a bike! He was very excited to win!

We got to go to Aedan and Jody's wedding shower. The theme was "It's raining cats and dogs." Maebel approved!

The weather finally hit 60 degrees so that meant, time for  water gun fights!

We found a new school in Deforest that has a cool playset with some toys we haven't seen before.

We helped with Canstruction at the mall, and while we were waiting for the program to start, the boys got to play in the play area. They don't normally get to because they are too big, but it was after the mall stores were closed so there were only a couple of kids there. It's so cute because they are big Fisher Price toys that you can play on.

Joey had his music program, and Sam's is coming up.

We got to go to the Kalahari for an evening since G&G Hyland had a conference there. The boys were just a bit excited..can you tell?

We ate at Buffalo Phil's afterward, and the boys took a little horse ride...

Sam went turkey hunting with Dad. He woke up at 4 am and had a great time. They saw 2 turkeys (Sam says 3) but they weren't in range. Sam stayed up all day and then slept almost 12 hours.
